Professional Experience

Aimee has worked in a variety of settings ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations. She worked as an audiologist in a private practice audiology clinic from 2000-2005. She performed diagnostic testing as well as dispensed a variety of hearing instruments ranging from analog to advanced digital technology. Aimee developed and implemented an Aural Rehabilitation class for patients to attend when fitted with hearing aids for the first time.

Aimee also worked as an audiologist with three Otolaryngologists from 2005-2008. In this setting, Aimee worked closely with all physicians consulting and planning. Her expertise of the ear was strengthened with opportunities to observe ear related surgeries. She worked with patients of all ages completing a vast range of diagnostic tests and treatment procedures to include:

• Electronystagmography
• Electrophysiological testing
• Otoacoustic emissions
• Treatment procedures for dizziness
• Tympanometry
• Vestibular testing and treatment
